Dear Member,

We wrote to you recently requesting a photograph to complete your 2010 membership.

I have been asked to advise you by your Chairman and National Executive Council that unless your photograph is received by the 1st July 2010 your ADFP membership will be suspended and your judging licence revoked until such time that your photgraph is received.
